18(c) What operating rules will you adopt to eliminate or minimize social costs?

Prototypical answer:

i.
Since Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is the only eligible Registrant we do not expect multiple applications for the same domain name. However, in case of multiple applications, the first-come, first-serve principle applies, see response to # 18 b iv.

ii.
Since all domain name are exclusively registered and maintained by Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. there will be no cost benefits.

iii.
All domain names are exclusively registered and maintained by Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.. The Registry Operator, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. does not plan to make contractual commitments to registrants with regards to price increases or decreases, domain names will be sold to the only registrant Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. for a price which will be defined on the discretion of the Registry. Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. will comply with the rules ICANN set up in the New gTLD Registry Agreement for price increases. Domain names can be registered for periods of 1 to 10 years on the discretion of the registrar.
