18(c) What operating rules will you adopt to eliminate or minimize social costs?

.globo will be a brand TLD and have a closed registry model operated by Organizações Globo. Private individuals wonʹt be allowed to request or registry a .globo domain unless the domain is delegated solely and exclusively by Organizações Globo by exception. These exception cases will be studied individually and defined according to the domain owner interest.
There wonʹt have any economic cost for internal registration (channels related or part of Organizações Globo). Cases of exception will be decided individually as described above.
After a domain delegation the internal company or department will have the full responsibility of contents published in its domain and Organizações Globo reserve itself the right to revoke usage rights in case of policy infringement or justice decision independent of the expiration date.
