Go Daddy intends to use this gTLD string to expand its brand presence and awareness in international markets. Therefore, there will no restrictions on geographic names at the second (or higher) level.

Go Daddy will consider objections from governments that believe a second-level (or higher level, if offered by Go Daddy) registration infringes on a protected geographic name.

An appropriate representative (for example, the agency or ministry responsible for managing telecommunication or Internet affairs) or the Government Advisory Committee (GAC) member associated with the country or territory shall send notification of objection. Go Daddy may then, in its sole discretion, take action against the registration, up to and including suspension, deletion, and blocking future registration.
