Multiple applications for a particular domain name for all registration phases will be resolved on a first-come-first-served basis.

.gree will not be available to the general public, so the registry is not planning to offer cost benefits for registrants. The registry promises equal treatment for all .gree registrars.

Note that the Registry Agreement requires that registrars be offered the option to obtain initial domain name registrations for periods of one to ten years at the discretion of the registrar, but no greater than ten years. Additionally, the Registry Agreement requires advance written notice of price increases. Do you intend to make contractual commitments to registrants regarding the magnitude of price escalation? The registration period for .gree domain names is as follows:

General Registration
* Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 10 years (but no greater than 10 years)

All Phases other than General Registration Phase
* Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 10 years (but no greater than 10 years)

The registry will provide an advance written notice of price increases as required by the Registry Agreement. The registry is not intending to make contractual commitments to registrants regarding the magnitude of price escalation.

In the Sunrise phase trademark owners have priority, in Landrush, an auction or RFP will be applied and in the General availability phase, first-come⁄first-serve will be applied.

Registrants will be able to enjoy both advantageous pricing and introductory discounts when register domain names for multiple years. Further, we will offer bulk registration discounts when register multiple domain names.
In compliance with the Registry Agreement we will offer registrars the option to obtain initial domain name registrations for periods of one to ten years at the discretion of the registrar, but no greater than ten years. Additionally, we will provide advance written notice of any potential price increase.

Pricing Policies and Commitments
Pricing for domain names at General Availability will be $15 per domain year. Global Top Level reserves the right to reduce this pricing for promotional purposes in a manner available to all accredited registrars. As Registry Operator, we reserve the right to work with ICANN to initiate an increase in the wholesale price of domains if required. As Registry Operator will provide reasonable notice, in accordance to the New ICANN Registry Agreement, to the registrars of any approved price increase.
