18(c) What operating rules will you adopt to eliminate or minimize social costs?

Prototypical answer:

i. Multiple applications for a particular domain name will be resolved through a first-come, first-serve process within ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG. However the only eligible registrant is ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG. Since all domain names are registered for ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG as domain name owner, transfers are not allowed.

ii. Since all domain name are exclusively registered and maintained by ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG there are no cost benefits.

iii. All domain names are exclusively registered and maintained by ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG. ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG does not plan to make contractual commitments to registrants with regards to price increases or decreases, domain names will be sold to the only registrant ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG for a price which will be defined on the discretion of the Registry. ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG. will comply with the rules ICANN set up in the New gTLD Registry Agreement for price increases. Registration may be made for 1-10 years at the discretion of the registrar.
